Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef (90%)
- ¾ cup Ian’s italian seasoned breadcrumbs (whole foods)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup grated cheese (parmesan or cheddar both work great)
- ½ teaspoon Maldon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Pasta sauce
- Spaghetti
Instructions
Mix ingredients together and make golf-ball sized balls. Fry in olive oil until browned on all sides. Add jar of pasta sauce and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Serve with spaghetti.
