Ingredients
- 2-3 Organic chicken breasts (or thighs)
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Chicken Stock (small carton)
- Soy Sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Noodles
- Vegetables, suggestions but can improvise here
- Bell Peppers
- Broccoli
- Bok choy
- Sugar snap peas (mange tout)
- Green onions
Instructions
- Add ginger, garlic, olive oil to wok, cook on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken.
- Cook until chicken is white.
- Add vegetables, soy sauce, and chicken stock

Cook for 15-20 mins, stir occasionally.

Cook noodles at same time.
- Can also serve with rice.
