Beef & Brocolli Stir Fry
Ingredients
- Skirt or Flank Steak
- Brocolli
- Beef Bone Broth
- Tamari Soy Sauce
- Garlic
- Ginger
Instructions
- Slice ginger and garlic in advance.
- Season steak with black pepper and sear steak in skillet but don’t cook through.
- Let steak rest.
- Sauté ginger and garlic then add brocolli and half a cup of beef bone broth. Cook on high for a few minutes until Brocolli is bright green.
- Move brocolli to another pan.
- Slice steak into thin slices and add to the pan in batches and cook through.
- Put brocolli and steak back into the wok and add half a cup of bone broth mixed with a tablespoon of the soy sauce
- Mix everything together and simmer for 5-10 mins.
- Serve with white rice.
