Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless beef chuck cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 8 button mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- ½ cup beef broth
- ¼ cup flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- Combine flour, salt, black pepper
- Dredge beef cubes in flour mixture and brown over medium-high heat in olive oil
- Add to crock pot with the rest of the ingredients and mix well
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours
Service with rice or roast vegetables.
Goes well with Yorkshire puddings!
