Beef Burgundy

Ingredients

• 2 lbs boneless beef chuck cut into 1-inch cubes
• 1 yellow onion, sliced
• 8 button mushrooms
• 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 2 bay leaves
• ½ cup beef broth
• ¼ cup flour
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

• Combine flour, salt, black pepper
• Dredge beef cubes in flour mixture and brown over medium-high heat in olive oil
• Add to crock pot with the rest of the ingredients and mix well
• Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours

Service with rice or roast vegetables.

Goes well with Yorkshire puddings!
